1. Our online sales are on a first paid first sold basis.

2. All stocks are brand new and pre-ordered. This will take around 15 days to reach us. Upon received we shall checked and send out stocks within 3 days to all customers.

3. Overseas shipment might delay due to festive seasons, weather conditions and customs clearance.

4. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage of shipment due to the negligence of the overseas or local courier service provider.

5. Colours may differ slightly due to resolution and sizes differ by 1- 3 cm.

6. All sales are final. Kindly ensure your orders are correct before placing order as there will be no refund or exchange allowed.
